I think so, that will probably be part of the movie somehow. Maybe Shrek is old now and doesn't want his kids to leave the nest, I know it's cliche in movies to have this plot but its probably the way it goes

I just hope they don't do the "father hates daughters boyfriend" cliche that's been done a million times in family dramas

I hope they grow to be teenagers unlike the daughters from Despicable Me which have been criticized for not aging.
