Most likely, although no Antonio Banderas listed in the class yet. People say he'll appear with his friends from the spin off but I doubt it, thats too many main characters and they've parted ways before Puss met Shrek in 2
Before the end credits, Puss, perrito and kitty did travel to Far Far Away and said they were going to meet some old friends. Kitty and Shrek have never met so that would be interesting to see. Then perrito and donkey might get along.
The reason Banderas might not mentioned in the casting yet may be that he has not started recording his lines yet. Eddie Murphy said he had been recording some of the script before the official announcement.
