Alaska as seen in "Shrek: Totally Tangled Tales"
Alaska is a location that was depicted in the "Shrek: Totally Tangled Tales" DVD game. It is the primary setting of the adventure novel, The Call of the Wild.

In one of the storybook animations, Buck is pulling a sled with other dogs through the harsh snows of Alaska. This is meant to showcase the intense conditions the dog was put in after his kidnapping from California. It was also mentioned to have been home of the Klondike, which also resided in the nearby Yukon and were part of the late 1800's Gold Rush.
