The Camel is a scrapped character who would've appeared in Puss in Boots: Nine Lives & Forty Thieves. It would've been Puss' main mode of transportation in the film.

The Camel would've resided in Ali Baba's Palace along with the other cats. Concept art displays the animal snuggly enjoying itself, having to be dragged out by Puss tugging on its rope. A storyboard also displays Puss digging his hand in its mouth, with the classic camel spit gag being on full display. Eventually, Puss and a chihuahua (a prototype of Perrito) would successfully ride the camel to Bader's City. It's unknown what would've happened to the Camel after the arrival.
