The Country Bears are characters in the deleted scene "Fiona Gets Them Lost," from the original Shrek film. They are based on the titular characters from the Disney attraction "The Country Bear Jamboree."
They are seen in one shot where they are joyfully playing their jug-band music. As the main leads zip by them in the mine cart, the bears stop to look in confusion.
