The Creepy Crypt is an area in Duloc Hills, which only appeared in the Shrek X-Box game and the GameCube port Shrek Extra Large. It is complimented by a blood red sky, lightning strikes, and the screams of unseen victims.
Overview[]
Shrek approaches this location in order to help the Crypt keeper take down wicked witches, skeletons and vampires while helping giant spiders (and other overgrown bugs) retrieve their offspring. This level in particular is infamous for its extremely dark environment, causing players to barely see what's going on. Several gamers who create walkthroughs of the game often have to adjust the lighting through means of editing so viewers could properly see the level.
