The Eyeball Martini (or Eyeballtini) is a special cocktail often consumed by Shrek. It is one of his many gross recipes from the swamp. This drink is served in traditional martini glasses (or equivalents), with an eyeball on a toothpick as the main garnish.

During Shrek's dinner alone, he begins his meal with a sip of the Eyeball Martini. He places the eyeball garnish in the drink, and then drinks the cocktail. He continues holding onto it as he looks at his entrée before putting it down to begin eating.
Shrek Forever After[]
Rumpelstiltskin invites Shrek to stay at his carriage to "ease his frustration" and drink some Eyeball Martinis. They are shown to have had several rounds of the special martinis, with Shrek also seen eating the eyeball off a toothpick from his last glass.

Shrek Far Far Away Café[]
At the Primark Shrek-themed cafés, a bubble tea is named the "Eyeball Martini." It is a white peach tea with blueberry boba and features the iconic eyeball garnish.

- It is heavily implied that the eyeballs Shrek uses for his martinis are from humans. He also claims to use jelly from human eyes on his toast.
