Neverland is Peter Pan’s homeland, as well as the home to Tinkerbell and the pirates. It's the location in the Shrek Reekin' Havoc level, "Fake Peter Pan".
In the GBA game, Shrek travels to this realm in order to retrieve Peter Pan's shadow. Along the way, he fights a band of pirates, kicks Captain Hook's butt, and saves the Darling children. Soon enough he comes face to face with Peter Pan's shadow. Ultimately winning, Peter Pan appears to claim his shadow. Thus, Neverland is saved (sort of..).
