The Forbidden Forest is the name of an area filled with sinister trees and perpetual darkness in Shrek 4-D. It's vacancy, however, makes it easy for more innocent settlements, such as Gingy's gingerbread house.
Shrek 4-D[]

The location as it appears on Shrek's map
While looking at the map, Shrek finds that there's a shortcut to the Honeymoon Hotel through the Forbidden Forest. Donkey is intimidated by its presence, made worse by a giant tarantula which Shrek uses to tease him. After more spiders spread, Thelonious arrives on his horse and kidnaps Fiona. They enter the forest, with Shrek and Donkey following suit on the Onion Carriage. During the pursuit, they come across Gingy who has just finished making his gingerbread house, While Thelonious is able to avoid destroying the house, Shrek and Donkey plow through and are covered in various candies. After Gingy flies off the carriage wheels, the duo follow Thelonious and Fiona into the nearby Dead End Graveyard. However, the bridge has a large gap, causing Shrek and Donkey to fly off the carriage and onto the ground.
