Gingerbread Village is a track in Shrek Kart. It is themed after the Gingerbread Man and has a pseudo-Christmas aesthetic.
The track itself begins with a trip through a snowy hill driving underneath a skyline. This is followed by train tracks complete with gingerbread trains that are stationary. After a U-Turn on a slope surrounded by peppermint trees, the driver enters a pink tunnel made with gingerbread structures covered in sprinkles. These leads back to the finish line. The main gimmick of this track is the constant snow that can obscure vision and distract players during a race.
