James C. Hegedus is an American production designer and art director. He is known for his work on Shrek (2001) as the film's production designer. He has worked on other various live-action and animated films- including The Haunted World of El Superbeasto (his only other major production design credit), Mars Attacks!, The Polar Express, and The Edge of Tomorrow.
