Kelly Cooney Cilella is an American producer and production manager who worked as a story production coordinator for Shrek 2, story production supervisor for Shrek the Third, and a production manager for Puss in Boots. She is best known for producing the 2023 animated teen comedy film, Ruby Gillman Teenage Kraken.
She also voiced Priscilla in Shrek 2 and a Cheerleader, Tiffany, and "Wendy" in Shrek the Third.
