Little Miss Muffet is a character who only appeared in an issue of the Shrek comic book series. She was one of the celebrity judges for the Happy Endings Fitness Tournament, a competition held for the fattest citizens of Far Far Away.
Miss Muffet would later be mentioned in the series "Swamp Talk", where it's revealed she's been eating too much curds and weigh. She has even refused to leave the tufet, staying on there for weeks.
