A Mangani in "Shrek: Totally Tangled Tales"
The Mangani are a unique breed of primates from the Tarzan series of books. One was briefly seen in the "Shrek: Totally Tangled Tales" DVD game.

In one of the storybook animations, Tarzan is swinging on a vine through the jungles. A nearby Mangani is also swinging with their arms, but bump into Tarzan in the process. The two fall on the ground and are hit by a log. The Magani also gains a bump on their head.
While the other Mangani are not referred to by name, they are mentioned to have been the ones to raise Tarzan after he was orphaned as an infant.
