Roger S. H. Schulman is an American screenwriter and film producer.
Prior to Shrek, he co-wrote the animated film Balto for Steven Spielberg. This helped get him hired to pen the animated feature, Shrek, which was originally slated to be animated at Spielberg's Amblimation. He would then co-write the screenplay for DreamWorks with writing duo Ted Elliot & Terry Rossio and Joe Stillman.
After the film's release in 2001, he wrote Mulan II and The Jungle Book 2 for DisneyToon Studios. He would also be the executive producer for the Disney Channel sitcom, Phil of the Future. Following that series would be the sitcom Jonas, starring the Jonas Brothers.
