She-Puss is one of the many magic clones of Puss in Boots that came out of the portal in the Netherworld.

When she first came out of the portal and met Puss she tried flirting with him, however Puss realized his female version made him feel mixed emotions. Later, she is seen in the background flirting with Puss The Bold. After entering San Lorenzo, she goes into the bar and greets Pamplona by jumping onto a table. She is later seen in a montage of all the Pusses going around San Lorenzo. Her final appearance shows her entering a portal back to her original universe.

She-Puss is a ginger tabby cat with light green eyes and more reddish-brown stripes running around his back, limbs, tail, and around her head. Unlike the original Puss in Boots, She wears a tall purple cloche hat with a thick red stripe across the bottom, and red bow on the side.
