Sherlock Holmes is a character who briefly appeared in the "Shrek: Totally Tangled Tales" DVD game. He is a well-known fictional detective created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

In one of the storybook animations, Sherlock Holmes is wandering through the streets of London. Doing detective work, he examines the signs, windows, and doors for clues with his magnifying glass. He eventually finds suspicious footprints on the cobblestone floors.
He is described to be a renowned detective, known for solving many mysteries including the Hounds of Baskerville. It is also mentioned that he frequently works with Dr. Watson, his partner in crime and closest ally.
In the "Twisted Twirl" game. one of King Harold's transformations is that of Sherlock Holmes. He says a selection of one-liners that reference jokes relating Holmes. Whichever line he has dictates whether the player will move up, stay where they are, or move back.
