The Caterpillar as he appears in "Shrek: Totally Tangled Tales"
The Caterpillar is a character who briefly appeared in the "Shrek: Totally Tangled Tales" DVD game. He is from the classic children's book, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

In one of the storybook animations, Alice is trying to talk to the Caterpillar. Much to her annoyance, he is too preoccupied blowing bubbles with his water-filled hookah.
Despite his physical presence, he is never brought up in the trivia questions and games relating to Alice's story.

- His smoking is replaced with bubble blowing in the storybook animation. This was done to avoid sending the wrong message to kids playing the game.
