The Mugger is a scrapped character from the original version of Shrek. Not much is known beyond his role of being scared by Shrek when trying to rob him in Duloc. He would have been voiced by Tom Kenny.
"I Feel Good" Animation Test[]
The Mugger is shown stalking Shrek from a high building. He then lunges at the ogre from a rope, demanding he give him loot. Shrek then grabs him by the throat and laughs at him while saying "Ah! Bite me!" After being pulled down, he is let go and sent soaring to the night sky.
Appearance[]
The Mugger wears a black leather mask with a purple scarf, and multi-layered peasant clothes. He has a giant nose, grimy teeth, and elf ears and he wields a dagger, for mugging.
